Photography Goods Cancellations and Refunds
Customer Cancellations, when can goods be cancelled?
Orders that have not finished processing can be Cancelled for a full refund. Please contact us by Contact form or email with your Invoice Number and request for a status of your order. If your order has not finished processing, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment.
Orders that have finished processing, completed, or delivered can No longer be cancelled and are Non-Refundable.
Photography Service Cancellations and Refunds
Appointment Changes Made by byuen Photography reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an appointment, at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to the photographers availability. We strive to let clients know if a booking must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment, whenever possible. If byuen Photography cancels an appointment, you will be given the option to reschedule up to 1 months from the original appointment date, or be issued a credit or a refund.
Customer Cancellation of Service
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a Cancellation fee of 25% of the amount you paid. If you cancel your appointment without giving at least 24 hours notice, you will be subject to a Cancellation fee of 50% of the amount you paid.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Non-Refundable Goods
Digital files and Prints are non-refundable once the order has finished processing, completed, or delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
